WEDDING CEREMONY (ONLY)
Wedding ceremony services at the lovely Bryan House is an option for those looking for an intimate location. Many are torn between inviting everyone to their wedding and wanting a small, intimate wedding service. This is your compromise. You can have a cocktails and a small service at The Bryan House and then have a large reception here or elsewhere.
Depending on your group's size, ceremony prices will run between $850-$1,500. Contact us directly for a price sheet for either just ceremonies, boutique, micr0-weddings or ceremonies with reception.
RECEPTIONS
Receptions at the Bryan House can be customized to your specific wants and needs. We have an in-house coordinator for those who need help or just rent the location. Customers can built as they like it! Prices vary depending on services requested.
CUSTOMIZED PARTY RENTAL
Whether it is a birthday, retirement, murder mystery, themed party, Christmas Party, graduation, or other special cause for celebration, The Bryan House is a great opportunity to wow your guests with history and romance. The maximum people allowed for an event is 100 persons. This creates an intimate feeling for party guests as there are several interesting areas on property to choose from.

MEETING & WORKSHOP RENTAL
For a small gathering early in the day or week night such as a business meeting, workshops, art exhibit, or bridal shower, this may be the best option. Catering, wi-fi, printer, projector/screen, & PA systems are some of the services provided. Please call for pricing.
CORPORATE & FAMILY RETREAT
DAYTIME RENTAL
For all-daytime use of house and grounds for a business retreat or family reunion this is a wonderful option.

HERITAGE TOUR
If you are interested in having a tour of the beautiful house, learning about the life of William Jennings Bryan and how he came to Mission, what great acts of engineering helped develop the area in the early 1900's, please schedule a tour.

OVERNIGHT B&B STAY
Stay overnight in the beautifully restored home of the great American William Jennings Bryan containing 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, front porch, formal dining, living room, basement, & beautiful gardens.
$150- weekdays, $260- weekend use of house & one bedroom, $300- weekend use of house and 2 bedrooms.
*Prices don't include holidays, but do include the $60 cleaning fee
